Warranty and Return policies


ASICS provides a one year warranty upon proof of purchase on any manufacturing defects for footwear and six months for apparel and accessories from the date of purchase. ASICS warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.


Returns policy for online orders

Merchandise purchased on asicscanada.com may be returned for a refund within 60 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

·  Merchandise was purchased on asicscanada.com. We do not accept returns from ASICS stores or other authorized retailers.

·   Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 60 days of purchase. Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as:

o   All tags still attached to product.

o   Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

o   Merchandise must be in its original packaging.


· Return shipment must include the packing slip.

· Reason for return must be indicated.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount.

Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.


Returns process

Log in on asicscanada.com and follow the return’s procedures. Ship items to the address below in their original packaging. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages. ASICS does not assume responsibility for lost shipments.

NOTE: We do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.
